chipotle meatball sandwich

meatballs:

3 oz seitan - $1.25 (or make your own)

2 oz mushrooms - $0.83

oregano - $0.10 (to taste)

basil - $0.20 (to taste)

sandwich:

3 oz marinara sauce - $0.30

1 pretzel bun - $0.88

chipotle tabasco sauce - $0.05

vegan parmesan (or make your own) - $0.20 (to taste)

total cost - $3.81

combine meatball ingredients in a food processor, shape into lil meat balls and bake at 400F for 20 minutes (or watch this video for instructions). 

heat marinara sauce on stove, add meatballs and a dash of chipotle tabasco sauce. assemble sandwich with meatballs, parm, and bun.
